In a three-day cycling program in the county of Kazerun, we started from the town of Ghaemiyeh (Chenarshahijan) and visited the Chogan Strait (Tang-e Chogan) area near the ancient city of Bishapur. Chogan Strait, which is located 10 km south of Qaemiyeh and 22 km north of Kazerun, houses the reliefs of Sassanid kings. Shapur Cave is located in the heights at the end of this gorge and in front of it is a colossal stone statue of Shapur. The Shapur River flows in the Chogan Strait.
Then we continued our cycling to the city of Kazerun and moved to the Baladeh town, 50 km south of Kazerun. Five kilometers before reaching the town of Baladeh, we entered the side road of Asad Abad village. We visited one of the daffodil flower plains near Kate Khafre Olya village and then returned to Kazerun.
Flowering and harvesting season of daffodil flower fields in this part of Kazerun is in late January.
