In a three-day nature trek, we first went to Sooha Lake on the border between Gilan and Ardabil provinces.   Then we walked through the beautiful heights of this area to Laton Waterall that is located in the heart of the forests of the Astara region. Then we continued our walk to Koteh Komeh village near Lavandvil town and used Koteh Komeh spa to relieve the fatigue of our walk.

Along this nature trek we camped for one night by Soha Lake and spent the second night in a hut at the bottom of Laton Waterfall.

The route we took in these three days was very beautiful and spectacular. We traveled this route in September.
