Varbon is the name of a small village in Alamut region of Qazvin province. This village is located on the southern slope of Khashchal mountain and climbers come to Varbon village to climb Khashchal peak. The height of Varbon village is about 1900 meters above sea level.
The slopes of Khashchal mountain are very green and full of edible and medicinal plants. The nature around the village of Varbon is also very green and beautiful. A small lake called Lake Ovan is located near the village of Varbon on the southern slopes of Khashchal Mountain.
