Kabab, Joojeh kabab and chelo kabab
Kabab is a popular food of Iranians and is made in several ways. The first type is kabab Koobideh, which is made from minced mutton or a mixture of mutton and beef with chopped onion, salt and pepper. It sounds simple but it tastes great. Kabab Barg is another type of kabab that is made from pieces of lamb or beef, which is added saffron and butter soaked in lemon juice and onionto it to make it taste good.
