Khuzestan province is located in the southwest of Iran and borders the province of Basra in Iraq and has access to the shores of the Persian Gulf from the south.
Khuzestan province is the center of oil production in the country. On the other hand, there are many ancient and historical areas in this province, such as Shush, Choghazanbil, Dezful and Shushtar.
There are several natural attractions in Khuzestan province. Karun River is the largest river in Iran that flows in Khuzestan.
