Gilan province is located in the northern region of Iran and on the southern and western shores of the Caspian Sea. It is limited to Alborz mountain range from the south. Due to the moisture caused by the Caspian Sea, which accumulates in the mountainous areas of Alborz, Gilan province has several forest cover and summer areas. In addition, there are many beautiful wetlands in this province.
