One of the most attractive trails for hiking in nature is the Lar Plain ( Lar National Park ) along the Lar River.
For this hiking we first went to Fasham town. Our route started from Khatoon Bargah pass in the heights of Garmabdar village near Fasham town in Shemiranat county of Tehran province. Then we descended to the Yuneza plain through a mountain gorge called Yuneza Strait, which is located somewhere at the end of Lar National Park.
After that, we continued our trek along the beautiful but shallow Lar River. We spent the night in an Imamzadeh place in Lar plain.The next day we continued our way to Lar dam lake. With continuing the route in the heights adjacent to the lake, we finally reached the town of Plour Town near Haraz Road. Of course, we walked part of the end of the road by the car of the Environment Organization.
The best season for this tour is late spring. At this time, Lar plain is completely green and full of flowers.
