Avidar Lake is located in Mazandaran province, 30 km east of Nowshahr, and its height above sea level is 125 meters.
Lake Avidar was created by the construction of an earthen dam in this area of the forest. Due to its proximity to Caspian coastal road and the presence of the villages of Mollakola and Salaheddin Kola nearby, this lake has become a public tourist place and has amenities as well as sports recreation.
The view of the Avidar lake and the surrounding forests has a special beauty. Especially from the northern side of the lake, you can see beautiful views of the lake and the forested heights around it.
Mollakola village, which is located near Lake Avidar, is a beautiful and green village where many villas have been built.
To reach this lake, you can move from Nowshahr to Noor and in this way about 10 km after Si Sangan forest park, you will reach the earthen dam sign. Upon entering this road and after 5 km, Lake Avidar will be visible.
