At the northern tip of Neor Lake and near on the only water outlet from this lake there is a nomadic village with name Neor. The residents of Neor village are Turkish-speaking nomads, who come to this place from the late May, and work generally in the tourist transportation. The beautiful texture of this village is also a good place to photograph and record the moments and lifestyle of these warm-hearted local people. To reach the village and Lake of Neor, you must move from Ardabil towards Khalkhal. After 35 km, you will reach Budalalu village. From there, on a steep side road for 13 km, you will reach the village and Lake of Neor
